Complaints:
If you experience any issues with your product, please report them within 24 hours of receiving your order. We do not accept complaints made after this period.
Refunds & Replacements:
Refunds or replacements will only be considered after we inspect and verify the returned product.
If our inspection confirms that the product was fully functional before dispatch and the reported issue is not valid, no refund or replacement will be offered.
We only guarantee that the product will function properly at the time of delivery. Any further warranty or guarantee will be subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, if applicable.
